Georgia Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker told the crowd at the Faith and Freedom “Road to Majority” conference that he “never denied” any of his children after reports surfaced last week accusing him of hiding three of his children.
Walker, who has been outspoken against fatherless households, especially in the black community, co-parents his son Christian with his wife and ex-wife, but reports surfaced last week that he has three other children who he is estranged from.
“Well, first of all, they knew the truth,” Walker said in response to the accusations. “You know, I’ve never denied any of my kids, and I love them more than I love anything. And they didn’t do anything, which just makes me want to fight harder because I’m tired of people misleading the American people. I’m tired of people misleading my family.”
Walker, who is endorsed by former President Donald Trump, will take on sitting Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Georgia) in a contentious Senate race.
