During President Donald Trump‘s visit to an Arizona N-95 mask manufacturing plant on Tuesday, the president failed to wear a mask while the Guns N’ Roses cover of “Live and Let Die” blasted in the background.
White House officials said Trump was told masks were not required for the event, and he said he would have worn one “if it was a mask environment.”
A video shared on social media of the event shows Trump trying to talk over the music, a factory worker wearing a mask and officials failing to practice social distancing.
Comedian Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at the clip saying, “I can think of no better metaphor for this presidency than Donald Trump not wearing a face mask to a face mask factory while the song “Live and Let Die” blares in the background.”
