GOP Rep. Claudia Tenney Introduces Bill To Make Trump’s Birthday A National Holiday
A Republican congresswoman took a step further to promote her bill to designate President Donald Trump’s birthday as a national holiday.
Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-New York) proposed legislation that would combine the annual commemoration of Flag Day with Trump’s birthday on June 14th.
If successfully passed, the holiday would be called “Trump’s Birthday and Flag Day.”
“Just as George Washington’s birthday is codified as a federal holiday, President Trump’s birthday should also be celebrated to recognize him as the founder of America’s Golden Age,” Tenney said in a post on X.

The White House plans to pull off an expensive parade next Flag Day, which would coincide with Trump’s 79th birthday.
The parade would cost an estimated $45 million. But Trump was adamant to call it “peanuts compared to the value of doing it” in an interview on Meet the Press.
Last month, Rep. Brandon Gill introduced a bill to Trump’s face on the $100 bill.
