A group of Republican operatives have formed a PAC to encourage GOP voters to support former Vice President Joe Biden.
The committee, Right Side PAC, was founded by Matt Borges, the former Ohio Republican chairman. Borges said that the PAC’s mission is to find the Republicans across the country who are disappointed with President Donald Trump.
“We’re not trying to become Democrats,” Borges said. “I intend to vote for every other Republican on the ballot. And I expect that there are others like me who aren’t looking to leave the party.”
Right Side PAC has attracted former officials from the administration. Anthony Scaramucci, the former communications director who served Trump for ten days, was among several notable names in the list.
