Fox News Producer Abby Grossberg Says Network ‘Coerced’ Her Into Giving False Testimony In $1.6 Billion Dominion Lawsuit

A Fox News Producer filed lawsuits in New York and Maryland alleging the network intimidated her into giving false testimony. The producer, Abby Grossberg, alleges Fox News lawyers coerced her into providing misleading statements in the Dominion Voting System’s $1.6 billion lawsuit against the network.

Grossberg, who once produced for Tucker Carlson and Maria Bartiromo, alleged that the intimidation is an example of rampant misogyny at the conservative news channel.

Grossberg gave testimony on Fox’s behalf in September. Her lawsuit claims that the company’s lawyers coached her on what to say in a “coercive and intimidating manner.” The case also says that she was tasked with avoiding mentioning prominent male personalities on the network like Carlson.

She also alleged a laundry list of misogynistic behavior by corporate executives and male personalities.

Allegations include calling women names, comparing women on attractiveness and lewd pictures of females posted in the office.

Fox News subsequently filed a lawsuit against the producer, alleging she had publicly discussed private conversations with the company lawyers. The company placed Grossberg on administrative leave, according to her lawyer.

“Fox News Media engaged an independent outside counsel to immediately investigate the concerns raised by Ms. Grossberg, which were made following a critical performance review. We will vigorously defend these claims,” a Fox News representative said.
