Fox News host Jeanine Pirro appeared on her show, Justice with Judge Jeanine, on Saturday apparently visibly disheveled and an entire segment tardy.

While most media companies have transitioned to a work-from-home model in the wake of the growing coronavirus pandemic, it seems Pirro had some issues adjusting over the weekend.

Fox News blamed “technical difficulties” in a statement Sunday morning for the problems and noted that it was operating “with a reduced staff working remotely to ensure the health and safety of our employees.”

Pirro deflected rumors of being drunk on-air, saying an earpiece messed up her styling and there was “no staff around to notice.”

She added, “I was in a truck where that was not prepared to broadcast [because] we had no connection, no visual and no teleprompter.”

Pirro has long been a favorite of President Donald Trump, due to her right-wing commentary and pro-Trump rhetoric. When she was suspended in 2019 by Fox for criticizing Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minnesota) for wearing a hijab, Trump incorrectly faulted “radical left Democrats working closely with their beloved partner, the fake news media” in using “every trick in the book to silence a majority of our country.”
