Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) will not face criminal charges for alleged sexual harassment.
The investigation into his Westchester County misconduct — including kisses on the cheek of two women without consent in White Plains — found that the accusations did occur.
“However, in both instances, my Office has determined that, although the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning, we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York,” District Attorney Mimi Rocah said in a statement.
It’s the second criminal investigation against Cuomo to conclude without charges.
