Donald Trump, Jr. Suggests That Biden Is A Pedophile In Instagram Post

President Donald Trump’s eldest son posted a message on Instagram Saturday suggesting presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden is a pedophile.

Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo of Biden of him saying, “See you later, alligator,” with an image of an alligator responding, “In a while, pedophile.”

While he claimed to be just “joking around,” as evident from his use of laughing emojis, he echoed the accusation on Twitter, posting a collage of photographs of Biden showing affection for children and calling it “unwanted touching.” Those photos were mainly taken from public swearing-in ceremonies at the Capitol and lacked context.

“Since the New York Times and CNN want to attack me for a joke meme I figured I’d put this up and people can decide for themselves about Creepy Joe,” he wrote in a later caption on Instagram about the Twitter post. “Like him being soft on China, not remembering where he is or what he’s doing the vast majority of the time the Main Stream Media won’t cover it so I will.”

Biden does face allegations of unwanted touching and sexual assault, but none of the allegations pertain to relations with a child.

Trump’s son takes after his father in promoting personal attacks online, but said in an interview with Axios earlier this year that the president sometimes says he is being “too aggressive.”

But Trump Jr. said he tells his father he “learned it by watching you” and claimed the president is jealous of his posts. “He just wanted the material. He was mad I beat him to the punch.”

Andrew Bates, a spokesperson for Biden said that no slanderous tactic will distract Americans from Trump’s mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic.

“No repulsive, manipulative tactic will change the subject from how almost 90,000 Americans have paid for Donald Trump’s coronavirus negligence with their lives and how the booming economy he inherited from the Obama-Biden administration is now suffering from Depression-level job losses,” Bates said.
