Donald Trump Jr. on Thursday tried to poke fun of Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, but inadvertently reveals his own unfamiliarity with the Bible.
After ripping President Donald Trump’s State of the Union speech, Pelosi later said she’d pray for the president. In response to this comment, Trump Jr. tweeted, “Likelihood of Nancy Pelosi praying for Trump is about the same as the likelihood of Satan running around quoting the Scriptures.”
Unfortunately for Trump Jr., Satan does in fact quote the Scriptures. Critics jumped at the opportunity to correct the first son. One tweeted scripture passages from the Book of Matthew.
Others simply took the opportunity to make fun of the eldest Trump son.
