Trump Adviser Dr. Deborah Birx Had Secret ‘Resignation Pact’ With Trump Covid-19 Team

Dr. Deborah Birx, the former White House coronavirus response coordinator, said she frequently “felt like an outcast” because of her gender during her time with former President Donald Trump.

Birx revealed that she and other colleagues on the Covid-19 task force had a resignation pact if one was fired by Trump. Since Birx already had a full-time job with the State Department, she was more concerned for her colleagues.

Robert Redfield, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and former Food and Drug Administrator Commissioner Stephen Hahn worked alongside Brix to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic.
