Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.)
Sen. Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) told former Vice President Joe Biden that he was “Dipping into the Kool-aid and you don’t even know the flavor,” during an exchange about criminal justice reform at last night’s Democratic debate.
The comment came after Biden said Booker did nothing to fix a corrupted police department while he was mayor of Newark, New Jersey.
Earlier Booker said he was surprised the former vice president wanted to compare records after he supported the crime bill in 1990s.
