The Biden White House is cooperating with the Justice Department after Obama administration documents from when President Joe Biden was vice president were found at a Biden think tank on November 2.
When Biden’s attorneys located the documents at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., last fall, they notified the National Archives, according to a statement from the president’s special counsel Richard Sauber. Sauber said they found the documents, some of which were labeled “classified,” as they were cleaning out a closet. The documents were turned over to the National Archives on the morning of November 3.
