Anti-Vaxxer Marcus Lamb Dies Of Covid-19 After Trying Unproven ‘Protocols’

Anti-vaccine crusader and the televangelist founder of the conservative Daystar Television Network Marcus Lamb died on Tuesday of heart failure from complications related to an untreated Covid-19 infection.

“It’s with a heavy heart we announce that Marcus Lamb, president and founder of Daystar Television Network, went home to be with the Lord this morning. The family asks that their privacy be respected as they grieve this difficult loss. Please continue to lift them up in prayer,” the network tweeted.

“He was diagnosed with Covid and then got the Covid pneumonia. But he had pre-existing conditions,” Lamb’s wife Joni said in a statement. “He had diabetes, but he kept it in check.”

Joni said that she and her husband had tried unproven “protocols” – including ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, which Lamb promoted on his website – to combat what his family called a “spiritual attack from the enemy” on the November 23 edition of their Ministry Now show.

The toxic brew of medications pumped into Lamb’s body “caused his blood sugar to spike and a decrease in his oxygen,” Joni said. “He 100% believed in everything that we’ve talked about here on Daystar… we still stand by that, obviously.”

Lamb’s son, Johnathan, wrote a tribute to his father on Twitter.

“I’m at a loss for words today. My father was promoted to heaven at 4 a.m. this morning. His life was truly well-lived and there’s no doubt that he heard ‘well done my good and faithful servant’ when he entered heaven’s gates,” he tweeted. “I’m going to really miss Dad. We golfed together every week for the past 15 years. He impacted me by demonstrating a righteous way to live and helped me become the man I am today. Dad, I love you so much and I’m going to do my best to carry on your legacy!”

On Wednesday, Daystar shared details of Lamb’s memorial service.

“Thank you for all of the love, support, & prayers you’ve poured out since the passing of our beloved leader, Marcus Lamb. We know how much Marcus meant to so many of you, so we would like to invite you to join us to honor & celebrate his life on Monday at 1 p.m. at Gateway Church,” it said.
