Presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Massachusetts) support has  plummeted, according to a new Quinnipiac poll. Warren has previously been gaining popularity, until, earlier this month, the candidate made her spending plan for her Medicare for All proposal public. Her well-detailed proposal cited a budget of $20.5 trillion. Warren explained the funds would be generated by raising taxes on billionaire’s and abolishing private health insurance.

With only a few months from the start of Democratic presidential nomination race, former Vice President Joe Biden led with the field with 28 percent support. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) had 17 percent and Warren received 16 percent, down by half from previous survey. Mayor Pete Buttigieg had 10 percent support.
