Following a recent confrontation with police, former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale resigned from all his responsibilities on the Trump campaign.
Parscale’s resignation came after a situation that involved the Ft. Lauderdale police force last week. He allegedly barricaded himself with firearms in his Florida home. His wife, Candice, had phoned the police stating that Parscale was emotionally unstable and suicidal. When the police came, he voluntarily turned himself in and was sent to a local hospital.
Parscale was demoted from his position as campaign manager over the summer. Parscale said he wants to spend more time with his family and to “get help dealing with overwhelming stress.”
Candice denied allegations that Parscale had abused her. A police report indicated she had suffered bruises from a dispute she had with Parscale.
