17 Trump Rally Attendees Hospitalized In Tampa After Standing For Hours In Extreme Heat

On Thursday, 17 Trump rally attendees were sent to the hospital for medical attention after standing for an hour in 87-degree weather in Tampa, Florida.

A fire truck sprayed water at on rally attendees throughout the event to help prevent potential heat strokes. However, many participants stood outside in the heat waiting for hours before the event began.

Tampa Fire Rescue indicated that one attendee fainted while another suffered from a seizure. Ten other attendees were only listed as “sick” and sent to the hospital for further medical assistance.

A similar situation occurred at another Trump rally in Omaha, Nebraska. Hundreds of attendees were stuck in cold weather that ranged from the mid-30s to low 20s with the wind chill.
